Enjoy the private use of our beautiful new conference centre for your next event, available anytime during our regular hours of operation. You may also add a continental breakfast and/or BBQ lunch option to your rental, so you don’t have to worry about feeding your guests.

Conference centre includes:

  • Wood burning fireplace
  • Tables and chairs for 75 guests
  • Projector and projector screen
  • Microphone and speaker system

 

NOTE: We work best with a minimum of 3 days’ notice for events, however we will do our best to accommodate every request. For last-minute bookings, please call us at 403-337-2490.

Breakfast Option

Breakfast includes orange juice, water, coffee, fresh baked banana bread, yogurt cups and fresh fruit served as an “all you can eat” buffet. If selected, the cost will be multiplied by the number of participants.

Additional Meals?

Some events have people who aren’t participating in the shoot, but still need a meal! If this applies to your event, please use this field to indicate how many additional meals you will require. This will apply to both breakfast (if selected) and lunch.
The cost for additional meals will appear on the final invoice.

Screen and Projector

Screen and projector rental are included in the room rental. Please indicate if you will require

Payment *

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required for booking. A copy of your outstanding balance will be emailed to you. The balance will be due no less than 10 days prior to the event date. Please indicate how you will pay the remaining balance from the options below:

Gratuity *

An automatic 18% gratuity is charged on all private events that include meals. This amount will be calculated based on your final subtotal. It is NOT included in the online order summary but will be reflected on your final invoice.

Terms of Service *

Required for booking. The Group Organizer listed above is entering this agreement and assumes full responsibility for the actions of the group. This includes the actions of any and all individual members of the group. The Group Organizer listed above should be present during the sporting clays event. If the Group Organizer will not be present during the sporting clays event, for any reason, then a Designated Alternate person who will be present at the sporting clays event must sign and assume all responsibilities set forth in this agreement in place of the Group Organizer. The Group Organizer or Designated Alternate will be required to sign this document in person upon arrival at Silver Willow and provide a valid credit card before the group goes out on the course. The Group Organizer or Designated Alternate understands their card could be charged if damages occur.
