Room rental:

Gives your group use of a private room. The room includes a wood fireplace, separate entrance to the south and large windows offering lots of natural lighting to the east and the south.

$250.00 for 6 hours with additional hours charged at $30.00 per hour. (+ GST)

2. BBQ Hamburgers or Smokies - Includes fresh made salad, beans, and all the fixins, coffee and dessert. ($17.00/person )

3. 8 oz Fresh Alberta Ribeye Steak dinner Includes salad, beans, baked potato, garlic bread, coffee and dessert. ($24.00/person)

4. 10 oz Fresh Alberta Ribeye Steak dinner Includes salad, beans, baked potato, garlic bread, coffee and dessert. ($26.00/person)

Alcohol: We do not have a liquor licence at Silver Willow, due to the shotgun range on our property.
You would need to purchase a liquor license for your group when you buy your liquor from any liquor store. We would need to be faxed a copy of your licence ahead of time. (We are located 2 miles west and 1⁄2 mile south of Carstairs) Fax 403-337-4027. Please bring the original liquor license the day of the tournament and give it to Silver Willow employees to post.

Payment: A $250.00 deposit is due upon booking your tournament; if cancelled 30 days proir to the event the deposit is 100% refundable. After 30 days $100.00 will be withheld. If cancelled within 48 hours the meal portion will not be refundable. If a 8 hour notice is not given, the instructor fee will still be charged as well. We like everything to be prepaid in full on that day. We ask that one-person pay for the entire group. Personal waiver forms will need to be signed by each participant or observer that day.

Weather: If the weather is unreasonable you can reschedule your tournament. Sorry, the meal portion will not be refundable.

Special Events Agreement

It is expressly understood and agreed that the party named shall be liable for damages of any kind whatsoever, whether to persons, property or loss of time, arising from the use of the power carts or sporting clays course, or any other actions causing damage during the golf or sporting clays event held on .

Silver Willow is not a licensed facility therefore all consumption of alcohol is understood to be during the BBQ meal time and the responsibility of the signer of this agreement and a valid liquor license must be presented to club manager. As the events co-ordinator you are accepting full responsibility for the participants of your group.

It is also understood that you agree to reimburse Silver Willow Golf and Sporting Club for any damages to carts or property resulting from the participants in your event.
